All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a second email with your tracking number when it ships.

Track your order
As soon as your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. You can also track your package at any time from the “Track my order” page on our website.
Taxes and customs
All our prices include VAT. No customs fees apply to deliveries within the European Union.
Delayed, lost, or incorrectly addressed package
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at orders@nutremys.com. We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is declared lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
Please check your address when placing your order: an incomplete or incorrect address may result in the package being returned and reshipping fees being charged.
Subscription
Subscription deliveries qualify for free delivery and follow the schedule selected when you subscribed.
