Tracking your order
As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track your parcel at any time from the “Track my order” page.
Taxes and customs
All our prices include VAT. No customs duties apply to deliveries within the European Union.
Delays, lost parcels or wrong address
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at orders@nutremys.com. We immediately open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is declared lost, we reship your order or refund you in full.
Please check your address carefully when ordering: an incomplete or incorrect address may cause the parcel to be returned and incur reshipping fees.

Subscription deliveries come with free shipping and follow the frequency you chose.
