Refund policy
At Nutremys, your satisfaction comes first. We want you to try our treatments with complete peace of mind: returns are free and we go beyond your legal rights with our “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back” guarantee.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
Important: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, this right does not apply to food supplements whose protective packaging has been opened or unsealed after delivery (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Unopened and sealed products may be returned.
To exercise it, write to us at orders@nutremys.com indicating your order number.
2. Free returns
Return shipping costs are on us. Once your request is validated, we'll send you the instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label — you pay nothing.
Conditions: complete products, unopened and in their original packaging in good condition.
3. “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back · 30 days” guarantee
Choosing a treatment from a brand you don't yet know requires trust. So we take the risk on your behalf: try Menopause Vitality Complex, and if the formula doesn't suit you, we refund you — even with an opened bottle.
How it works:
- Try your treatment. Take it daily; the first effects are often felt from the 4th week.
- Write to us within 30 days. An email to orders@nutremys.com with your order number is enough.
- You get refunded. On your original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days. No trick questions.
What the guarantee covers:
- Valid on your first order.
- For 30 days from receipt.
- Even an opened bottle — no return necessary.
- One refund per customer.
This guarantee is a voluntary commercial commitment from Nutremys, which adds to your legal rights without replacing them.
4. Defective, damaged product or order error
We take care of everything (return and shipping costs) and refund or replace the product. Contact us within 14 days at orders@nutremys.com with a photo.
5. Refunds
Once your request is validated (and, where applicable, the returned product received), we process the refund on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (14 days maximum). Initial shipping costs are also refunded in case of withdrawal.
