1. What data the app stores
The app lets you record symptoms, mood, period dates, supplements and medications, blood pressure, steps, water, and notes. This is health data. All of it is stored only on your device. Nutremys has no servers for this data and does not receive, view, or store it.
1 bis. Your Nutremys account
To use the app, you sign in with your nutremys.com customer account (with Google or with a code sent to your email). Shopify, our online store platform, manages this account, which contains your email and name. If you sign in with Google, Google only tells us your email. We use this data to identify you in the app and in the store (legal basis: performance of the service you request). Only if you tick the box will we use your email to send you Nutremys tips, news, and offers (legal basis: your consent); you can unsubscribe from any email or in your account. Your health data is never sent to your account or to Shopify.
2. Steps
On Android, the app counts your steps using your phone’s activity sensor (“Physical activity” permission). If you also connect Health Connect or Apple Health, the app reads only the number of steps from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) to display them in the app. It does not write data to those applications, does not read any other data, and your steps do not leave your device. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties. You can withdraw permission at any time from the Health or Health Connect settings.
3. Notifications
Reminders for medications, supplements, and water are scheduled on your own device. You can disable them in your phone settings.
4. Report for your doctor and backup
The report and backup file are created on your device. They are only shared if you choose to send or print them.
5. Messages to Nutremys
The “Contact us” section opens your email app with a message addressed to info@nutremys.com. If you send it, we will process your email and the message content only to reply to you (legal basis: your consent). We retain it for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry.
6. Other services
The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking. To display the typeface, the app may download fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the device's IP address. Links to the store open nutremys.com, which has its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
Since the app data is stored only on your device, you can view, export, or delete it at any time from the app itself, or by uninstalling it. For your account and the messages you send us, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to info@nutremys.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Notice
Nutremys Care is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical consultation.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
