Role, benefits & use
All about Magnesium Bisglycinate
Magnesium is a major mineral, involved in hundreds of the body's reactions. It is the "anti-fatigue and anti-stress" mineral par excellence: EFSA recognises that it contributes to reducing fatigue, to the normal function of the nervous system, to normal psychological functions, to normal muscle function, to electrolyte balance and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Many adults do not meet their daily requirements.
Not all forms of magnesium are equal. Magnesium bisglycinate is a so-called "chelated" form: the magnesium is bound to two glycine molecules, which gives it very high bioavailability and excellent digestive tolerance, without the laxative effect often attributed to magnesium oxide.
Nutremys has chosen magnesium bisglycinate in liquid form, combined with L-theanine and L-tryptophan, for a course supporting relaxation, stress management and restorative sleep — without digestive discomfort.
