Refund policy
At Nutremys, your satisfaction is our priority. All products purchased through our online store may be returned and refunded, provided the conditions set out below are met.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a right of withdrawal of 30 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took physical possession of the product.

In your communication, please include the order number and the product or products you wish to return.
Return acceptance conditions
The site administrator will only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The product must retain its original packaging and labelling in perfect condition.
- The shipment must be made with protective packaging, ensuring the product arrives in optimal condition.
- Products must be returned using the same delivery method as originally used.
Return address
Once your request has been received, we will provide you with the address to which you should send the products.
Return costs
- If the reason for the return is Nutremys' responsibility (wrong product, defective, incomplete, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to other reasons (change of mind, dissatisfaction, etc.), the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and their condition verified, we will proceed with a full refund of the product amount, including shipping costs and any payment method fees.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision. However, we may delay the refund until receipt of the products or until you have provided proof of their shipment.
